I recently underwent an operation in a private hospital in Singapore and I had run a substantial bill upon discharge, even though I was told the insurer would be issuing a LOG. After my discharge, I called CNRST to ask them what the issue was as the insurer was supposed to make payment to the hospital. CNRST followed up with the insurer and was told that the private hospital had not e-filed the claim, hence the insurer could not pay on my behalf. Having CNRST as my agent was very helpful as the CNRST team was on top of the matter and liaised with the insurer to expedite matters. If CNRST did not assist, I would have had to deal with multiple parties ~ private hospital & the insurer ~ to try and find out what the matter was and how to resolve it. CNRST’s experience allowed them to quickly determine the issue and I am now waiting for the private hospital to refund the payment I had made.

CNRST brought our attention to the importance of insuring our keyman since the company relied heavily on the creativity & reputation of the principal for its core business.
